Amazon outlet is the go-to place for customers to shop for highly discounted products, overstock deals and clearance products.
As Amazon Sellers it may be hard to get every one of your products to be a top seller. For slower moving products you can incur heightened storage costs and fees.
Amazon Outlet helps both sellers and customers reap benefits. Sellers can create deals to be featured on the Outlet page to help increase sell-through, improve cash flow and reduce both inventory levels and storage fees. Customers can visit the Outlet page to shop for highly discounted items, overstock deals and clearance products in a variety of categories including auto, pet, electronics, clothing, toys and much more.
To see if your products are eligible for Amazon Outlet, go to your Manage Excess Inventory tool and create an Outlet Deal and wait for approval from Amazon.
There are several requirements in order for your product to be included on Amazon Outlet.
- Have more than 10 units of inventory on hand
- It must be in new condition
- FBA inventory for at least 90 days
- Have a sales history
- Product rating of at least 3 stars or no reviews
- No other deals such as Lightning Deals
- Not on Outlet deals in the past 60 days.
Also, to participate in Outlet you must have a Professional Sellers plan and an overall customer rating of at least 3.5 stars.
